"Took more effort to set up than I was hoping"
I ordered a kite from prismkites.com, and the shipping part was totally fine, so I was excited when it showed up. I guess I was expecting the setup to feel straightforward, but once I opened everything up, I started feeling a little overwhelmed.

The rods and smaller pieces took me longer to sort out than I thought they would. The instructions felt a bit too brief for someone like me who likes a little more hand-holding, and I ended up looking at pictures online just to feel sure I was putting it together correctly.
Once I finally got it assembled, it did fly, which was nice. But by that point I was already kind of frustrated, so it took some of the fun out of the experience for me.

"Looks nice, but didn’t fly right"
I really wanted to like this because it looks great, but it kept dipping even in light wind. I was expecting it to be a lot steadier than that. i’m disappointed and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or resolution for the hassle.

"Decent kite, but support has me reconsidering"
I ordered from prismkites.com and the kite itself was good, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was trying to get help when I noticed a part was missing. I emailed them and ended up waiting several days just to hear back, which felt way longer than it should have.

When they finally replied, the answer seemed rushed and didn’t really fix the issue, so I had to follow up again. I’m not saying they’re a terrible company, but the support experience definitely left a bad taste. If that’s how it goes next time, I’d probably just buy from somewhere else.

"Feels Way Overpriced"
This just isn’t worth the price. I don’t know who decided it should cost that much, but it feels like one of those little pricing schemes where they assume nobody will question it. Maybe I’m missing something, but I definitely didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

"My kite arrived in this really thin box..."
My kite arrived in this really thin box with hardly any padding, and I’m not exactly sure if it happened during shipping or what, but the corners were crushed when it got here. The bag inside also looked scuffed up, which was disappointing. For the price, I feel like it should’ve been packed a lot more carefully. Maybe I’m being picky, but I definitely wasn’t happy with how it showed up.

"Wind range didn’t match my experience"
I bought a kite from prismkites.com because the wind range listed on the site made it seem like it would work well for the kind of breezy days I usually get where I live.
After trying it a few different times, it just didn’t line up with what I expected. On some days it could barely stay in the air, and on others it pulled way harder than I was comfortable with. For me, the numbers on the site didn’t feel very accurate in real use.
It’s possible I chose the wrong model, but based on the info provided, I thought it would be a better fit. I ended up disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

"I’ll be honest, the website really..."
I’ll be honest, the website really doesn’t make the best first impression. It feels a bit old and cluttered, and the colors and layout seem like they haven’t been updated in a long time. I was expecting something cleaner and easier to browse, especially for a kite shop. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely frustrating to use.

"Confusing for beginners and handled carelessly"
I’m new to kites, and the site didn’t make it easy to figure out what I actually needed to buy. Everything felt a bit confusing, and I wish there was clearer guidance for total beginners. On top of that, the whole thing felt kind of carelessly handled, like not much thought was put into helping someone who’s just starting out

"Just couldn’t get the part I needed"
I was just trying to get a simple replacement part, but it was out of stock, out of stock everywhere it seemed. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but they weren’t much help at all. Frustrating for something that should’ve been easy.

"Checkout was kind of a mess"
I tried to order a kite, but the checkout kept sending me back around like I’d missed something... except I couldn’t really tell what. The shipping info was confusing too, and then I never got a clear confirmation email, which just made the whole thing feel a bit uncertain. Not the best first experience, honestly.

"The frame cracked way sooner than it..."
The frame cracked way sooner than it should have, so I wouldn’t buy this again. It kind of feels like they care more about getting your money than making something that actually lasts.

"Really disappointed with the quality"
I bought a kite from prismkites.com and expected a lot better for what I paid. Right out of the bag, the fabric felt thin and some of the stitching looked sloppy, which was not a great first impression.
I flew it a couple times in normal wind, nothing crazy, and one of the rods already cracked. I reached out and got the usual canned apology that felt like it was copied and pasted, which just made it more frustrating. Maybe I got a bad one, but this really doesn’t feel like something built to last.

"This thing is way too wobbly"
Tried using it it was a pain in the butt. It wouldn’t stay steady at all, and controlling it felt super wobbly. Annoying little piece of junk.
